The XXI Congress of Oral Storytelling Festival "has Agüimes" from 11 to 20 February
consecutive twenty-one years after the stories and words return to the town of Agüimes of hand International Storytelling Festival oral "features Agüimes ", to be held from 11 to 22 February.
On this occasion, the festival falls also in the framework of REDAFRICAN, economic development projects tied to the culture of the council who are members of Agüimes and institutions in Senegal, Mali and Cape Verde, which will make possible the presence of narrators of these two countries, the Cape Verdean writer Germano Almeida and Tandina Hamadoun storyteller.
XXI Programming for Oral Storytelling Festival will be complemented by the presence of Mercedes Carrión Peruvian, Cuban and English Aldo Mendez and Beatriz Cristina Montero Verbena. Canary representation shall be borne Jugglers Workshop.
