Canary Literature Day (21 February). The Santa Rita
Promotional Video Free Day Canary dedicated to Thomas Morales, made Teberite by the Cultural Association with the intention of promoting the gift of books Canaries on 21 February. This association was created to promote the culture and identity among the islanders Canaria Madrid residents and to make known the same to all those interested.

Tomás Morales will focus this year on canary LETTERS. Tomás Morales Castilian (October 10, 1884, Moya - † August 15, 1921, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria) was the highest representative of insular lyrical modernism and initiator of the modern Canary poetry, is considered one of the leading poets of English Modernism. Author of Roses of Hercules, his work stands out from the poem "Ode to the Atlantic. Tomas Morales will be the protagonist and the celebration to be held on February 21, 2011 and the extensive program of activities to be carried on all the islands in the days before and after this date, designed by the Directorate General for Books, Archives and Libraries.
